We are proud of our ever-expanding portfolio of projects covering tank and bridge engineering and construction, terminal expansions, infrastructure remediation, technical EPCM services and industrial electrical/process automation solutions.Saunders’ growth strategy and awarded project portfolio means we are looking for a Corporate Accountant to augment our head office team in Rhodes. RESPONSIBILITIESAssist with the preparation of the weekly and monthly cash flow forecasts.Assist with the reconciliation of GST and other statutory lodgments.Manage the intercompany transaction processing and confirmation, across the Saunders Group.Reconciliation of bank and cash.Processing sales invoices and progress claims. Corporate Accountant

Saunders’ growth strategy and awarded project portfolio means we are looking for a Corporate Accountant to augment our head office team in Rhodes. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with the preparation of the weekly and monthly cash flow forecasts.
  • Assist with the reconciliation of GST and other statutory lodgments.

ABOUT YOU

Essential

  • Tertiary qualification in Accounting
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a relevant industry/environment
  • Strong level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Intermediate to Advanced computer software skills, including Excel and other accounting software packages
  • An ability to interface with team members from other disciplines, including engineers, project managers and executive managers
  • Enthusiasm for the role and commitment to continual improvement and growth of the business
  • Willingness to participate in a productive and friendly team culture

Desirable

  • CPA/CA equivalent qualification, or studying towards
  • Experience with Jobpac and project works favourably considered
